Lamb leg in a Panasonic multicooker

Category: Meat dishes

Ingredients

Hind leg of a lamb
Sea salt, peppercorns, thyme
Garlic 4-8 cloves
Olive or vegetable oil 70 ml

Cooking method

  • Sea salt, peppercorns, thyme are pounded in a mortar, then I grind 4-8 cloves of garlic in the same place (I put a lot of garlic to taste), add about 70 ml of olive oil to the mortar (I once tried to make it with olive oil on rosemary), you can add basil, I mix until porridge.
  • I make incisions in the washed leg, which I fill with a mixture from a mortar, I wipe the whole leg with the rest. I put it in a form from a multicooker, cover it with cling film (wrap it in foil) and let it brew for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
  • I put on the multicooker mode of extinguishing - 6 hours (Do not forget to remove the film !!)
  • If there is no multicooker or the leg does not fit there, you can wrap it in 4 layers of foil and send it to the oven at the same time on the smallest fire - somewhere around 160 degrees. The latter is nice to do in the fall, when the heating has not yet been turned on.

Thank you, your leg is already in the fridge.
I have thyme and rosemary dry, can I use one?

If there is thyme and rosemary and you are not used to them - try one spice at a time and a little, so as not to spoil the dish ... but in general, all of the above are combined with each other
