Ingredients

Meat pulp (beef, lamb), I have goat meat 500-600 gr
Tomatoes 5-6 pcs
Eggplant 3 pcs (400-500 gr)

Hard cheese 150 g

Cooking method

  • Imamboildi (meat with eggplant and cheese)
  • I read this dish in the book "Dishes of the Nations of the World", this is not the first time I make it.
  • Chop the meat finely, season with salt and pepper and place on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle on top with onions, chopped rings, chopped tomatoes and lay the eggplants, cut into long strips.
  • Salt everything, sprinkle with spices.
  • And pour the beaten eggs on top.
  • And the final touch - we fill the dish with grated cheese.
  • Cook for 4 hours on fast setting.
  • Note - in the original recipe, eggplants are pre-dipped in egg and flour and fried.
  • But I was in a hurry ...

If you have not decided yet about the multicooker, then I will try to help.

1. The maximum power of the multicooker is 300 watts / liter. This is the Bake mode.
2. The minimum power of the multicooker is 50 watts / liter. This is the Heat mode.
3. The power of the extinguishing mode is not indicated anywhere, but I think it is somewhere in the middle. That is about 175 watts.
4. The power of the slow cooker in Hi mode is about 60-65 watts / liter.
5. The figures are for 80% utilization. As a first approximation, this is sufficient.
6. Total. A similar mode in a multicooker can only be achieved by combining the Extinguishing + Heating modes. Or relax and limit yourself only to Extinguishing.

After reading your delicious recipes, I decided that I could create this dish while simmering in a multi-hooter. Eggplant pre-cook. did not fry, put everything in order and on languor for 5 hours. And it would be a wonderful and tasty dish if not for rubber eggplants. You can see my languor is much cooler than your regimes, there are no buns at all. I took off all the eggplants and boiled them separately in the boil, and they are still unusually hard. It can be seen that languor is not suitable, after all, for vegetables. It's a pity, otherwise I also wanted to try CHOLNT.
