Ingredients

Chicken breast 1 PC.
Beet 3-4 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Onion 1 PC.
Cabbage small head of cabbage
Potatoes 2 pcs.
Vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • The shape of the slicing is arbitrary (I used straws)
  • Place the beets in the multicooker bowl, add 1 measuring glass of water.
  • Multi-cook mode 35 minutes 110 degrees.
  • After cooking, put in a saucepan where the soup will be stored.

  • We select the Fry mode 7 minutes level 3. With the lid open Pour 1 tbsp. l sunflower oil
  • Add carrots - overcook.
  • Add onion - continue to brown.
  • After turning off the program, add meat (I have a chicken breast).
  • Put potatoes on top
  • Fill in hot water up to the 3 l mark
  • Salt, spices to taste.
  • We select the Soup mode.
  • After cooking, add bay leaf, peppercorns and leave for 5 minutes on heating.
  • Pour the prepared soup into a saucepan for the beets. Let it brew.
