Salt 1.5 tsp.

Powdered milk 1.5 tbsp. l.
Oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC.
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Water 250 ml

Cooking method

  • The crust is medium.

The bread rose great, at first I thought that there was not enough flour, but waited the whole batch and the bun went to bake beautiful, even. I forgot to tell the weight of the finished bread 800 gr.

And my sour cream bread is baked in the Main baking mode for 3 hours 30 minutes, only the recipe is different and the bread turns out to be white, fluffy and very tasty with soft crumb.
So, for 700 g, the volume of a measuring cup is 230 ml.

Sour cream 25% 125 gr
0.5 cup water
wheat flour 3 cups
1 teaspoon salt
sugar 3 tablespoons
butter 2 tablespoons
yeast 2 teaspoons
roasted sunflower seeds 0.3 cups

If the sour cream is not very thick, the amount of flour can be increased by 1 tablespoon. Sunflower seeds can be replaced with sesame seeds if desired.

Put the ingredients in the order indicated in the recipe. Crust color control - medium.
