Cherry pleasure cake

Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 1.5 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l
with top
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
Soda (quench with vinegar) 2 tsp
Condensed milk 1/2 cans
Cream:
Sour cream: 600-700 g
Sugar 6 tbsp. l.
Chopped walnuts 1 tbsp.
Cherry 400-450 g

Cooking method

  • I am writing a cake recipe, it takes 40 minutes. (timing), and to decorate it as fantasy tells (I do not have it). You will need 1 detachable round shape 26 cm in diameter and rectangular (I have 34/24 cm)
  • Mix slaked soda with flour. In a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar until a thick, stable foam, while continuing to beat, add all the ingredients, lightly salt and pour everything into the flour, stir well (you can use a mixer at low speed). The dough turns out like thick sour cream. Pour a little dough into a round shape and spread it along the bottom with a layer of about 1 cm. Put it in the oven preheated to 190⁰ for 5-7 minutes. This is the base of the cake. Pour the rest of the dough into a large mold - 190⁰ 10-15 minutes.
  • Cream:
  • Beat the sour cream with sugar and add 1 cup of chopped walnuts (I have hazelnuts).
  • Put the cherries in a sieve so that the juice stacks (I have frozen).
  • As soon as the large sheet is baked, place the crust on a board and cut into 3/3 cm squares.
  • Assembly:
  • Put the round cake on a plate, brush with cream and sprinkle with cherries heartily. Then lay the squares in a circle not tightly to each other, and again grease with cream and sprinkle with cherries. So alternate until the end of the squares, gradually descending to the cone (I did not go to the cone, but made a platform). Spread the remaining cream over the cake and decorate as desired.
