Ingredients

Flour 1 tbsp.
Semolina 1 tbsp.
Kefir 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Oil 100 g
Egg 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Soda 0.25 tsp
Vanilla sugar
Cinnamon
Dried apricots
Walnuts
Raisins

Cooking method

  • Pour the semolina with kefir, drive in an egg, grate the carrots, mix with kefir, melt the butter and add to the egg-kefir mixture. Mix all dry ingredients and knead the dough out of all this.
  • As a filling I took dried apricots, raisins and walnuts.
  • Poured a creamy lemon icing on top and sprinkled with coconut.

minutes 35-40

Cooking program:

Bake at 200 * C.
