Baked meat in mayonnaise marinade

Cooking method

  • There are no special proportions in the recipe. Let's assume that we are doing 1 - 1.2 kg of meat.
  • I definitely take pork ribs, so that with meat, for this dish and Little I dilute their fat content with veal. I cut the ribs and veal into large pieces. I cut 2 medium onions into rings or half rings. I pour out the whole package of seasoning. I add mayonnaise, but not to float. And I mix all this well with my hands. Leave it all in the basin as much as is convenient for you, but not less than for 1 - 1.5 hours. Then I put all this canoe into a glass heat-resistant dish, cover it with a lid and put it in the oven over medium heat, periodically take it out and stir it. It is baked until a uniform brown color is formed everywhere without the appearance of mayonnaise. It will also take 1 - 1.5 hours.
  • The only thing is that you only need to use THIS seasoning. No other such taste could be achieved.
  • Likewise, kebabs are made. Only the method of hot processing is different - on the grill.
