Already rolled up the jars. After 4 glasses of sugar, the jam remained sour! But they decided to leave it that way. We got a very aromatic, but sour apricot.
In the morning they left on Heating until 11.30.
Thickened, for me, NOT BAD. NOT AS LIKE, of course, but like jam. Which is what I wanted. I think that when it cools down in jars, it will thicken even more, well, as usual with me.
Colour. The color changed to brownish in the morning.
Was bright orange in the evening, and in the morning a kind of * the darkest amber *.
