Bread Maker Binatone BM1068
. . .

I got such a bread maker. The instructions contain only a few recipes, not for all programs. About jam - not a word at all. There are tons of recipes on the internet. Are they suitable for all stoves?
Elena Bo
I think that you can use any recipe, the main thing is to pay attention to the cups (they are different in different stoves) and adjust the recipe for your stove. Also, see what size of bread is obtained so that it does not run out of the bucket. And add the ingredients according to the instructions for your Bread Maker. Good luck in baking.

If there is not a word about jam or jam, then this stove does not know how to cook it - for this a special program is needed, sewn into the brains of the stove. Not all ovens are capable of jam.

Elena Bo, Thank you for your wishes! Oh, how will I start experiments ...

If there is not a word about jam or jam
So it is! Program No. 9 - "Making jam or marmalade", 1:20. But there are no recipes
In general, the programs are:
1. Main
2. French bread
3. Whole grain
4. Fast cooking (on baking powder)
5. Sweet bread
6. Ultrafast1
7. Ultrafast2 (these two are by leaps and bounds, for smaller and larger loaves)
8. Dough
9. Jam
10. Cupcake
11. Sandwich
12. Bakery

And why do I need a drain?

So far I've tried Ultra Fast, Basic and French. Today I'm already baking the 4th loaf on the main

And why do I need a drain?
Nothing, much is not enough. The farm will come in handy.
And since there is a jam function, then it is possible. Here girls (and boys, of course) gave such delicious recipes for jams.

The children gave their wife a Luxell LX-9220 bread maker, but it turned out that it was Binatone BM-10 68 (only Turkish version). Help, I do not speak Turkish, but the instruction is in Turkish. If you can skip the instructions for Binatone BM-1068.

I have this wonderful device. In principle, I can digitize the paper instruction (since I did not find it on the net) and post it here (if possible / necessary).
If it doesn't make it difficult, please post it. I want to buy such a device for my wife, but first I would read the instructions ...

where can I get instructions for Binatone 1068
Fduecnf
I have a pdf with a description and instructions, I can send it by mail if you drop the address in a personal.

Help advice, who used the snooze mode? I believed that all the ingredients should be mixed, and the main process should begin after the end of the delay. Everything is just like I fell asleep. I scolded myself several times that I had to get up early and download everything, run it. Something I'm not sure what will be of use. The instructions do not say anything, except that you cannot load perishable products, I do not have any. Thank you in advance.

If anyone needs instructions for a bread maker, I can send them, though I had to install the program in order to read it - it is in Acrobat.

All right, it lies with you. Do not worry.
Strannik-Yura
In the instruction 3 program - "whole grain bread", and in the recipe for whole grain bread they recommend baking on the "sweet bread" program.
I understand this is a typo or is everything correct?

In addition, it says that the sound signal for loading additional ingredients will sound in 15 minutes, but in fact it will beep in 30 minutes. Or is it just me?
Strannik-Yura
in program # 2 the signal was given after 58 minutes
belk @
I, too, on the 2nd program feeds in almost an hour. Apparently, each program has its own time.

In order to get to know my wet nurse better, I was not too lazy, I sat next to her for 2 days, and made a so-called "photo of the working day" of my stove in all modes. Now I know when my next kneading ends, or one of the 3 stages of fermentation, or how much dough is kneaded in the dough mode and how much it stands, how much bread is baked in each mode, after how many minutes the oven will beep to add the ingredients, when and in what operations the dough heating is turned on.
I think that it is very convenient for choosing the optimal modes of baking bread that are not in the instructions, for example, rye or Darnitsa.

it would be nice that you would describe these modes
I subscribe to the wish. Not everyone has the opportunity to sit and record the time of processes in each mode.

I did not think that my vigil with a sheet of paper and a pencil in hand at the "post", near the stove, during Great Lent, would interest anyone. I believe that each stove has its own brains, which control it in their own way.
I am very glad that I can help someone with something.
As it was written in one of the forums, I will also contribute my ruble to the common treasury of useful ideas and advice.
Use it for health, maybe something will come in handy for someone.

Good time everyone! I'm not a baker or a cook. And until recently he had a very indirect relationship to the kitchen. But recently, bread for me has become more than just a component on the table. I confess I got carried away! Now in order. A broken stove 1068 came to me (it doesn't matter how it is). Practically new. The problem was in the motor. Everything worked, but the motor was stopped. An autopsy (very tricky!) Showed the failure of the part (I don't think its exact name is important here), which is responsible for powering the motor. The part turned out to be cheap and the replacement took 15 minutes. But after the replacement, it turned out that the part is very hot (not from the heating element!) And from this it quickly fails. I consulted with friends of electronics engineers and found out that this is a design defect (or redneck) of the manufacturer and the disease of this particular model. This detail has the ability to mount a heat sink (simpler than an aluminum plate), but the Chinese, as always, saved money and did not bother to install it. Installing the heatsink (10 minutes) solved the whole problem! The stove is just wonderful! I had to check it after the repair and the result exceeded all my expectations !!! In short, it turned out that you need at least 3 rolls a day! My wife and I and each of our two daughters (live separately) In the end, I got hooked on this business! Pleasure the sea! After a month of such baking (I am at home a lot for work), it became clear that I needed to buy another one! The choice was made (after long searches, evaluations and doubts) in favor of the Orion OBM-205. And I was not mistaken! At a completely ridiculous price of $ 85, the stove is very simple and sensible. Knows how to program, looks pleasant, for 2 scoops and baked goods 0.9 and 1.25 kg. Little of! The problem that was in 1068 is not there! Made simply, reliably and competently! (I could not resist and looked) These are the pies and breads! Maybe someone will find this information useful!
By the way! Recipes from 1068 and 205 are practically the same, except for yeast !!! There is no typo !!! You really need to put in Orion almost 2 times less !!! She has a very well implemented heating function when the dough approaches! You will plump as in 1068, lift the lid, and when baking, the middle will fall off! Checked!
Sorry for mnogabukaF Good luck to everyone!

Hello!
Interested in this model, there are really a couple of questions.
I could not find the overall dimensions of the stove and not a word about the noise level.
A huge request to the owners, can you help with the problem?
Strannik-Yura
data are approximate, not accurate
height - 300 mm
width - 220 mm
length - 400 mm

the stove is noisy when mixing, I would not put it on at night

But I still bought a Binatone BM1068, a week of operation _ the flight is normal!
The decisive argument in favor of this model is the price of 1999 rubles. Satisfied!

Hello, I am a happy owner of this model of a bread machine. I am very pleased with it, it has been working without interruption for a year and a half already. And I cook jams and only knead the dough in it, we never buy bread at all. And I put it on a delayed start for the night. In general, a miracle car for little money. Take it, you will not regret it.

Share your happiness, we bought such a model of HP, but I am not happy: the bread does not rise well, dense, the color of the crust is the same on the position of "medium" and "dark". I used to bake bread in the oven, it worked out well. Maybe I'm doing something wrong ... I measure all the ingredients correctly. I think the stove is out of order. how to check it: we live in a province.
Senchenko
I don't even know, everything is in order with me and the bread rises well and the crust is optional, fried harder or lighter.
Pilgrim
At first, I also had such garbage, the bread did not rise, and was not baked.
It turned out that it was necessary not to measure the flour, but to weigh it. With volumetric metering, there is little water. yeast only saf moment. I advise you not to be afraid to experiment with components.
I make 500g flour minus the heaped tablespoon, 20g sugar, 10g salt, half a pack of yeast. Water 300g.
If with a measuring spoon - salt 2mal. sugar 1 bol. 2 small. yeast 2mal.
Program 1 dark crust 900g. The bread is great!
Senchenko
I mainly bake with special mixtures, so I always measure it on the scales, but when, according to recipes from the book, I measure it with measuring glasses. Always normal dough, everything is fine.
liliya808
Can you please tell me what weight of a loaf is the stove designed for?
Senchenko
750-900gr.

And who made the dough on dumplings?

Today I also bought this stove and received a double boiler as a gift. I have already baked Italian tomato bread - so delicious that we ate half of it at once.
gerdashka
I tried to make bread with raisins according to the attached recipe.
Confused: HP squeaked, I pressed Stop / Start - and she took it and reset all the settings (it's good that there aren't many of them). Configured again. But it turned out that she began to knead everything again.

The bread has been kneaded, and has risen, and delicious, but it still worries me: do I need to stop the HP to add additional ingredients, or can I just open the lid and fill it up? And then somehow it turns out wrong.
