Ingredients

- broth 3 l
- pearl barley 1/2 cup
- brown lentils 1/4 cup
- dried porcini mushrooms 40 g
- dried onions 2 tbsp. l
- carrot 1 PC
- salt taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Soak pearl barley for 4-8 hours.
  • 2. Rinse mushrooms and lentils. Lentils should be taken not quickly digestible - brown or gray-green.
  • 3. Chop the carrots.
  • 4. Put everything together with the seasonings in a thick-walled saucepan and pour over the broth.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, reduce power to low and cook until tender.

  • Season with sour cream before serving - it tastes much better!

Retreats:

2. From the grass - I took fresh basil leaves.
3. I took the onion fresh, not dried, and made it by frying with carrots in olive oil.
4. Added 40 gr creamy oil!

I did not change the set of seasonings - I left everything as in the recipe.
The pearl barley was soaked for 12 hours.

When it didn't boil, I had to run to work, so it turned out like this:
