Fried Adyghe cheese with grilled tomatoes VVK

Ingredients

Adyghe cheese on demand I have 400g
A tomato 1-2 pcs
Egg 1 PC
Japanese breading 4-5 st. l
Salt, pepper as needed and to taste

Cooking method

  • We cut the cheese into plastics at least 1 cm thick.
  • Circles of tomatoes.
  • Beat the egg, it will be like a lezion. pour the Japanese breading into another dish.
  • Heat up the grill. Dip a piece of cheese in an egg, then in breading (on one side), put on the grill, on the cheese, a piece of tomato, salt and pepper. Put a piece of cheese on top again by dipping it into an egg and breading. Close the grill and fry until tender. Delicious and quick breakfast.

Note

I love such fried cheese, even with a tomato, even without it. Very tasty with coffee.

I do it in a pancake too, I posted a photo somewhere. Very convenient and also fast and no extra oil. In AF, the same is sooo tasty.

I fry in corn flour, fry in semolina.
Composition of Japanese breading: Composition of the product: wheat flour, tapioca starch, baking powder (E 500 (ii), E 521), salt, vegetable oil. Tapioca starch, as I've read about it, is recommended to be replaced with corn starch.
