Ingredients

Whole grain flour (FOR) 350 g
Wheat flour 150 g
Old kefir 1%

Cold pressed linseed oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Panifarin 2 tsp
Boiled rice chinese noodles less than a hundred grams
Dry Herb Blend
parsley, dill, green onions
1.5-2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Program - Basic, size - medium, crust - medium.

Note

Something remained from the products - I decided to experiment. I also added honey right in the combs to this bread - I was worried that this would negatively affect the quality of the bread, but this turned out to be not the case.
The groin is very pleasant while cooking. The bread turned out to be high with a porous elastic crumb, with notes of whole grain flour, honey and herbs.
Most of all I was worried that the beeswax from the honeycomb would be felt in the bread. But, to my deepest surprise, I saw that: firstly, not a trace of the honeycombs remained, and secondly, their presence in the bread in no way affected the quality of the latter. During cooking, the noodles split into rather small pieces (the size of an average grain of rice and less), those parts that are baked in the bread crust unexpectedly and very spicy crunch, but at the same time are not at all tough.
The experiment was successful. Home-made bread liked it.

I baked bread today according to this recipe with minor changes. Ryazanochka used wheat flour from whole-grain grain, she did not add panifarin, as well as noodles and spices. Instead, 2 tsp. Flaxseed. The rest is prescription. It turned out sooo tasty. I was also worried about honey in combs, but the bread only benefited from this! The aroma is the strongest! The taste is balanced! Super! Now my favorite bread! By the way, he is my third in a row. We just bought a bread maker. We are experimenting, looking for our own recipes.
