Ingredients

2 tsp dry yeast (25 g fresh in the recipe)
500 g flour
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp. l. Sahara
70 g sl. oils
1 egg
240 ml of milk (I have whey and added 1 teaspoon of milk powder)

Cooking method

  • Dough mode - 2 hours 20 minutes, and without opening the lid or turning off the oven, that is, in the Heating mode - another hour.
  • She took out the dough, divided it into six identical pieces. And she began to shape the buns. I made them in two ways. The first method is the same as Lida forms buns - Sayanogorochka(she has wonderful buns sculpting workshops), the second one is a little different.
  • So, we divide each piece of dough into two parts. Roll a ball from one part, and divide the second part in half again and roll these two sausages.
  • We twist (twist) them, connect the ends to form a wreath

  • And in the ball we make a hole with our finger.
  • In several places we turn the dough through the hole.
  • And we insert a ball with a hole in the center of the wreath.
  • With sharp scissors we make how many cuts on top

  • Well ... We formed the chrysanthemums from Sayanogorochki.
  • And now roses from me ..
  • The principle is the same, only from the first part we form not a ball, but a sausage.
  • We turn the sausage into a roll.
  • Insert the wreath into the center
  • We transfer the flowers to a baking sheet for proofing for one hour under a film (I just put the baking sheet in a bag)

  • After an hour, grease the surface of the buns whipped with two tbsp. tablespoons of sugar with an egg, sprinkle with more sugar on top and send the whole thing to bake for 20-30 minutes in a NEW oven donated by her husband ...
