  • Put the fermented dough on a dusty table, roll it into an elastic bun and let it rest under the film for 20 minutes.
  • Then form a loaf, put on parchment and leave to prove for 50 minutes.
  • Half an hour before baking, preheat the oven for 230g .. Whitewash 3 oblique cuts on the loaf and put in the oven
  • Bake without steam for 25-30 minutes.
