3) Fish - from a sitting position (legs straight), take an emphasis on the elbows pressed to the sides (I hope I wrote it clearly), and still the same maximum possible deflection for you and for three breaths of exhalation
the main thing it is impossible to do it through force or to hurt, only until the pleasant sensations of the expansion of the chest, any physical exercise has contraindications, so everything new must be done with great care! The meaning of the exercises for raising the mood is precisely in the fact that (IMHO) the chest is straightened - an increase in oxygen in the blood (I am not a doctor, can someone write or refute my opinion more correctly)

It's hard for me to say how effective they are and how quickly they help, because it's hard to compare!
