Ingredients

Homemade cottage cheese 500 g
Cream curd 1 pack (300 gr)
Eggs 3 pcs
Sugar 3/4 cup
Salt 0.5 h l
Baking powder 1.5 h l
Homemade sour cream 2 tbsp
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Jubilee cookies 8 pcs
Butter for bowl lubrication
Semolina 3/4 st

Cooking method

  • There are many cheesecake recipes. On our website, I counted about a dozen. But, I decided to share my recipe, as it is as easy as shelling pears. And the taste is amazing, delicate, not very sweet.
  • I used a glass from a multicooker.
  • So, grind the cookies with a blender. I used Butter Cookies. It is the same as Jubilee. Greased the multicooker bowl with oil. Do not spare oil! Sprinkled on the sides of the bowl and spread the rest of the cookies over the bottom. The result is a layer of about 7 mm. Didn't tamp.
  • Put all the ingredients in a separate bowl and beat with a hand mixer. Beat well. The mass should be airy and not thick. I poured the mixture into the multicooker bowl, closed it, chose the Baking program, set the time to 65 minutes, pressed Start. All! No dancing with a tambourine, whipping whites, yolks, etc. etc. After the baking program has ended, the multicooker switches to Preheat. Do not open for 25 minutes! Then open and let cool. After cooling, turn onto the steam basket and immediately onto a plate! Bon Appetit!

Phew, I wrote longer than I cooked for baking. Cream cottage cheese: we sell locally made in plastic cans. It looks like a very thick yogurt. Fat content 5%. I think there is an analogue everywhere. Country cottage cheese and sour cream from the bazaar.

I beat everything in a food processor. starting with the eggs, gradually adding all the ingredients.
