  • Sprinkle the work surface with plenty of flour. Roll out the cooled dough into a layer about 0.5 cm thick, sprinkle with sugar on top and lightly roll with a rolling pin.
  • Roll the dough into a roll, wrapping the edges on both sides towards each other.
  • Cut the roll into pieces 6-7 cm wide
  • Place the buns on a greased baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 200g. within 15-20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the cooled buns with icing sugar, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with powder again. Put a black currant in the middle of each bun.
  • Tip: Instead of pancake flour, you can use regular wheat flour with the addition of 1 tsp. slaked soda.

I really liked the buns. The dough is familiar, but instead of margarine, I use butter. But this is my biggie. The dough is wonderful.

Girls, can you put dough in the fridge at night?
Natusik
Girls, thanks for the comments! I haven't been here for a long time.

KatRin, I think that nothing terrible will happen if you put the dough in the refrigerator for the night.

baked so far only once due to dislike of rolling the dough. and the buns are sooooo tasty, they ate very quickly. then I started a pancake and the cottage cheese went to cheesecakes now I look through the bookmarks, I remembered about delicious buns; I promise, in the new year I will improve, I will bake them more
Thank you

Natusik, Today I made your buns and they did not work for me. The dough was very greasy and sticky when taken out of the refrigerator. I added more flour, but in the oven they still blurred and a lot of oil melted out, although I did everything according to the recipe? Probably it was necessary to put more flour ???
I didn't take a photo, it turned out to be rectangular, but it tasted sooooo tasty, and my daughter ate one and said what delicious pancakes are.
Thanks for the recipe !!!
Miss Raspberry
Natusik, today, again I made your buns, they are just gourmet, I will not expose a photo, the buns turned out to be not as beautiful as yours, but so TASTY !!!!!!!! Better catch the plus sign!

Maria, try to change the curd, it is possible that the buns are floating because of it, not real. and I would not blender, it liquefies the curd, for me a fork is enough

Change cottage cheese? You can also try. And about blender, I wrinkle with my hands, I don't use a blender in this recipe.
