Ingredients

premium wheat flour 500 g
water 125 g
milk 125 g
butter or margarine (I have Pyshka) 90 g
sugar 45 g
salt 10 g
Saf-Moment yeast 5 g
egg 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Knead an elastic dough from the listed ingredients. According to the author's recipe, put in the cold for at least 2 hours. I kneaded in the morning before work and put it in the refrigerator until evening. It turned out for 11 hours. Then remove the dough from the refrigerator and warm it at room temperature for 1 hour. Then form 100 g buns and place on the pan. Leave to proof for 1 hour. Before baking, cut and sprinkle with water. Bake in a preheated oven to 220 degrees with steam for 8 minutes and without steam at 200 degrees for another 8 minutes. The buns are very soft and aromatic.
