Adyghe salt Abadzekh

Ingredients

salt (sea salt) 0.5KG
garlic 1 head
coriander 1 tsp
dried dill 1 tbsp. l.
dried parsley 1 tbsp. l.
black pepper 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Recently my mother brought this salt as a gift. I really liked it and I decided to do it myself. Moreover, the composition is very simple. The peculiarity of this salt is that the seasoning in it is not ground, but dried, chopped. Can be used in the preparation of any dish. It is used in the preparation of first and second courses, salads, pickles, pickling vegetables, meat products, barbecue, grilling, bacon, fish, etc. instead of ordinary salt. The manufacturing technology of the product consists in the absorption of the beneficial properties of garlic, seasonings and spices into the salt crystals. Thus, edible salt, saturated with the beneficial properties of the above components, penetrates deeply into the prepared dish, enriching it with vitamins, imparting a delicious taste and a pleasant appetizing aroma.
  • So, pour the salt and all the spices except the garlic into a bowl. Chop the garlic in a way convenient for you. I grated on a garlic grater. Add it to the mixture. Mix everything well.
  • The salt is wet, but that's okay. Don't leave it to dry. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and add to any dish.
  • Adyghe salt Abadzekh

This manufacturer also has salt "Ulyapskaya" with red pepper and garlic, it is pink, I use it to salt soups and meat. Delicious. And "Bzhedugskoy" I like to salt fried potatoes, generally mortality.
Vinochek
Absolutely, but they have not yet reached their hands))), there is also kelp and some J.
I liked this particular salt for its versatility. And the salad with tomatoes and cucumbers is just a bomb!
olaola1
Wine, it seems to me that you confused the name of the salt a little. Salt "Bzhedugskaya" and "Ulyapskaya" are pink (They have a slightly different shade), and "Abadzekhskaya" is gray-green, that's what you did ..

Thank you . I wrote something wrong in the title))).

I know what kelp is, but I can't find it in dry form yet. And this J (40 + -15.0) .10-4% confuses. I also liked adjika very much.
olaola1
And adjika somehow did not impress me. In our market they sell many varieties of Georgian and Abkhazian adjika, ready-made, and there are a lot of all kinds of adjika in stores, so I buy ready-made ones. And from the seasonings I chose fenugreek (ground) and walnut grass for myself. I shove everywhere in different proportions. Delicious.

Alex_Fil, why give the addresses of stores where salt is offered different for sale And there is a composition of salt - but there are no proportions, which is very important when preparing it
Thus, Adyghe salt and others according to the catalog of the site can be bought in almost any store. I was convinced of this myself.

If we are already posting such recipes, then let's do it efficiently so that you can repeat them at home yourself.

According to infe from internet, Adyghe salt is different, each region has its own improvisation of the composition of salt and herbs-spices.
For example, I use medium-ground stone gray salt, plus spices according to the recipe.

I want to thank you for the recipe for this salt. I saw this in the store, but did not buy it, because it is not known what is mixed there. I constantly make Svan salt from Admin. But having made this salt according to your recipe, I realized that I like it better. I add it to fresh salads, salt sandwiches, soups ... The only thing I add is more herbs. And I use pink Himalayan salt.
