salt (sea salt) 0.5KG
dried green pepper 1 tbsp. l.
hops-suneli 1 tbsp. l.
ground black pepper 1 tbsp. l.
dried red pepper 1 tbsp. l.
ground white pepper 1 tbsp. l.
coriander 1 tbsp. l.
garlic 1 head
dried parsley 1 tbsp. l.
dried dill 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • As a gift, together with the Adyghe salt, she also received "Adjika Ulyapskaya".
  • There are many options for using "Adjika Ulyapskaya", here are some of them (from the manufacturer's website):
  • - Add sour cream with varenets (yogurt, fermented baked milk) to the mixture 1: 1, you get a wonderful white sauce for the second courses. This tasty product is known among the Circassians under the name "Apashchyps".
  • - Use "Adjika" when preparing first courses, sprinkle at the end of cooking.
  • - Are you preparing minced meat for cutlets, meatballs, dumplings or for another dish? Add Adjika.
  • - Use our "Adjika" when marinating meat for barbecue, in cooking meat, fish dishes, as well as in cooking poultry dishes.
  • - Diluted in red sauces, ketchups, you will get a more expressive taste.
  • This is not just Adjika - it is a doping for your appetite!
  • So, pour the salt into a bowl, add all the spices except the garlic. We mix. Grate the garlic and add to the mixture. Mix well. The salt is wet, but that's okay. Don't leave it to dry. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and add to any dish.

In the original recipe, pepra was also added (they said it was just a mixture of red, white, black and green peppers), but I did not find it here, although without it the taste is excellent.

This is a bit different adjika. This is a set of spices. Although if you add it to ordinary adjika, it will only be tastier.
