Steamed liver pate in a multicooker Stadler Form

Ingredients

pork liver 300 g
bulb onions 70-80gr
carrot 50 g
butter 50 g
sour cream 18% 3 tbsp. l.
semolina 3 tbsp. l.
salt, spices taste
chicken egg 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Stew the liver, onions and carrots, salt, on the "stew" program for 40 minutes. Cool and beat with a blender, add egg, butter, sour cream and semolina, beat until creamy. Pour into a mold, place it in a multicooker, cook on the "double boiler" program, default time + 20 min. heating. Cool, put on a dish. Bon Appetit)

Thank you) I, too, was afraid before that it would be bitter, but I decided to try it and it turned out that there was no bitterness at all ..) maybe the effect is that the liver is stewed first with vegetables .. well, plus all the additives, if I don't cook for men, then seasonings at all I do not add salt to a minimum, only when stewing. And it is also very tasty to bake the same pate.
