Ingredients

Dough
cottage cheese, I have 5% 125g
sugar 65g
milk 100g
vegetable oil 100g
flour 200g
baking powder 1 tsp
salt pinch
Vanilla sugar 1 pack
Filling
sour cream 20% 300g
sugar 65g
starch 2 tsp
eggs 2 pcs
vanilla sugar 1 pack
berries 300g

Cooking method

  • To prepare the dough, put all the ingredients, except for flour and baking powder, in a blender, mix until smooth. Sift flour with baking powder, put in a bowl with curd mass and knead the dough, cover with foil.
  • The filling is also extremely simple to prepare. Beat eggs with sugar with a whisk, add all other ingredients and mix. The fill is ready.
  • Line the bottom of a split form with a diameter of 24 cm with baking paper, grease the sides with butter and flour. Roll out the dough, taking into account that it should be laid out in a basket, i.e. close the sides. Put berries at the bottom of the basket, pour sour cream on top. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Let the cake cool down.
