Sweet butter bread with raisins and cinnamon in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Milk 250 ml
Wheat flour depending on the quality 6-8 multi glasses
Chicken egg 2 pcs.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
sugar 2 sec. l.
salt 1 tsp
ground cinnamon 2 tsp
vegetable oil 6 sec. l.
raisins 70-100 gr

Cooking method

  • Break the eggs, add sugar to them, beat with a fork until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Pour warm milk into a very large bowl (if it was cold, then you need to warm it up) add dry yeast and salt to it,
  • mix thoroughly until completely dissolved, add cinnamon (I know, there are people who do not like cinnamon, it is not necessary to add it,
  • but I personally like it. Instead, you can put vanilla sugar = 1 sachet)
  • Add our eggs with sugar and vegetable oil there.
  • At this stage, in order not to suffer and not mix everything manually,
  • I used the mixer at minimum speed.
  • After everything has dissolved
  • begin to gradually add flour in 1 multi glass.
  • As you can see that the mixer is not doing well, we continue to knead the dough by hand.
  • Do not be lazy, there should be no lumps left.
  • Add flour and knead until the dough ceases to stick to your hands.
  • When it starts to hold its shape, for convenience, you can knead it on the table, after having greased the table with oil.
  • We add flour and knead thoroughly until we get a bun that keeps its shape, does not creep and does not stick to anything.
  • After that, transfer the dough back to the bowl, cover with a towel, and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • During this time, the dough will do, then grease the table with oil, pour 100g on top. raisins
  • (you can add ground nuts, candied fruits, finely chopped dried apricots, sunflower seeds to your taste -
  • it all depends on your preference. I limited myself to only raisins).
  • Next, we transfer our dough to the table and carefully stir in the raisins until it is evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • After we grease the bottom of the multicooker bowl with oil, put our dough in the center. Turn on the heating mode, close the lid and leave for 20 minutes,
  • then DISCONNECT the heating mode, open the lid, cover the multicooker with a towel and leave for 40 minutes.
  • During this time, our dough will approximately double in volume and fit well into the bowl, that is, it will take its place correctly.
  • Completed preparations, you can bake.
  • We turn on the "BAKING" mode for 60 minutes.
  • After the lapse of time, we take out the bowl and turn it over, onto a cutting board covered with a towel
  • (don't worry, you don't have to pick it out, it comes out easily).
  • We take our semi-finished bread with oven mitts and put it back into the multicooker bowl.
  • I hope everyone understood that we turned our bread over, so that it had a beautiful, golden brown crust on all sides
  • Then turn on the "BAKING" mode again, but for only 25 minutes.
  • When the signal sounds - our sweet bread with raisins and cinnamon is ready)
  • After you take it out, it is better to let it cool in a towel so that it gives off excess moisture.
  • After, you can enjoy)
  • It itself is very tasty, airy and aromatic it will turn out,
  • but with milk or tea it is especially TASTY))
  • No store-bought buns and similar pastries can be compared, neither in quality nor in taste, with such a homemade bread))
  • Yes, and I call it bread, only because of its size and shape, but this is a real big bun with cinnamon and raisins)
  • Stay fresh, such a bread, can be 2-3 days if you store it in a towel or in the refrigerator.
  • But in my young family of 2 people, he does not last even a day))
  • Have a nice apatite!)

Thank you )
and where should you indicate? I thought it was enough to point out - Panasonic
to be precise, I have a Panasonic SR-TMJ181 multicooker,
but you can safely cook according to the same recipe on its predecessor - the Panasonic SR-TMH18 or SR-TMH181 multicooker

Well, while the moderator is asleep - I will answer. Open "Profile" - there is a column on the left "Change profile" and there will be red letters "My technique", and then - choose the technique and it will be shown in your profile

unfortunately, I cannot do this, since my model of the multi-cooker Panasonic SR-TMJ181 is not offered there
but I do not like to lie, although it was possible to choose her predecessor there

Then in the same place in the "Change Profile" Select "Profile Settings" and in the "Name" field (the very last one below) write the model "MV Panasonic SR-TMJ181" and then after a few spaces your name. It must be adjusted so that under the avatar there is a model in one line, and then a name

"Thank you, it worked out) Just don't understand, is it really important?"

Masha, in principle, this is not so important, only if you are writing a recipe - it would be desirable to indicate for what equipment it is intended. Because different CFs have different operating modes, and what you have done may not work on another CF.
(Well, I'm boring today ...)

Good luck!

it is not entirely clear where the sunflower oil is. Whole amount for greasing the saucepan?

Tanya, in the recipe after the long 2nd sentence there is a third: "We also add our eggs with sugar and vegetable oil there ..."

Oh! but I read it and didn’t notice it (it’s hard to read clearly with a prankster hanging on you)
Well, it's late. I poured in a little when mixing, now I'll send it to the cartoon ...

Masha, thank you very much for this recipe. It turned out to taste almost a loaf !!! I baked in the cartoon for the first time, because I bought it for three days (Polaris). I was very worried, but everything is super. I attach photos.
