Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba

During cooking, food is not cooked for a long time. The food is cooked using steam pressure. Thus,> 60% of vitamins,> 90% of amino acids are preserved, and minerals are not destroyed and the food retains its natural taste. The addition of salt and other spices can be reduced. The prepared dishes are tasty and easy to digest.

The Steba multicooker-pressure cooker reduces cooking time by up to 70% (0.7 bar overpressure, resulting in a higher cooking temperature).

The Steba multicooker-pressure cooker preserves vitamins and minerals in food (0.3 bar overpressure, which results in a lower cooking temperature, but not less than 100 ° C)

The multicooker body does not heat up during the cooking process

Steba DD1 multicooker-pressure cooker programs

SUP program
Pressure 0.7 bar in standard program. Suitable for cooking first courses such as soup, borsch, etc. With this program, you can cook jellied meat in just 40 minutes, and the cooking time for vegetable soup is no more than 10 minutes.

MEAT program
Pressure 0.7 bar in standard program. Suitable for meat dishes such as goulash, roast, shank, offal (liver, heart, stomachs). Thanks to pressure cooking, cooking meat is not time-consuming and takes place in the shortest possible time. For example, preparing such an Italian masterpiece as ossobuco will take only 35-40 minutes.

VEGETABLES program
Pressure 0.7 bar in standard program. It is possible to quickly and deliciously steam vegetables under pressure using the VEGETABLES program. Place vegetables in the steaming basket and pour 0.5 L of water into the bowl. The cooking time depends on the selected vegetables. This program can also be used to sterilize baby food bottles.

FISH program
Pressure 0.7 bar. The fish can be cooked under pressure with the lid and valve closed or in the STEAM program in the basket.

PAR program
Suitable for steaming meat, fish, vegetables. Steam cooking allows you to cook without oil and thus reduce the intake of cholesterol and carcinogens from the pan. It is also possible to quickly prepare other dishes, for example, curd casserole in portioned molds (not included in the delivery set) - cooks in just 15 minutes

SLOW COOK / BROWN program
On this program, you can cook pilaf and cereals. In this case, it is most convenient to lay food at night. Buckwheat turns out to be very tasty, similar to the one that our grandmothers got from the Russian oven.Cooking time in automatic mode - 4 hours, and in manual mode, you can change the program in the range from 1 minute to 24 hours, and the simmering temperature from 82 ° C to 88 ° C

ROASTING program
Used for pre-frying products for first courses or for frying meat, mushrooms, potatoes and other side dishes. Using silicone baking dishes or baking paper (not included), you can make a quark casserole or charlotte (30 minutes).

KASH program
Pressure 0.7 bar. Take full advantage of your pressure cooker. Having cooked buckwheat, rice or other cereals while cooking under pressure, you will get a healthy and tasty breakfast in no more than 10 minutes. To get boiled buckwheat ("smudge") add more water (1: 2), and for harder - less water (1: 1.5).

HEATING program
Used to reheat already cooked food, and this program also keeps freshly prepared food from cooling. The wide possibilities of manual setting of the temperature and cooking time allow you to cook on this program, for example, dairy products such as yoghurt, cottage cheese, fermented baked milk, etc. hours.
DELAYED START (optional)
Delay start up to 12 hours. By placing the food in the bowl of the appliance and starting the delayed start program, you will receive the finished dish at the set time.
STERILIZATION
This device can also be used to sterilize, for example, baby bottles. The maximum height of bottles and jars is 10 cm. Place the sterilized jars / bottles so that they do not reach the edge by about a finger in height. It is necessary to fill in at least 0.5 liters of water, close the lid and valve. Select the "VEGETABLES" program.

Natalia K.
Mashenka Congratulations on the multicooker-pressure cooker. Very interesting design
Masinen
Thank you so much))
You know, it's so compact, I honestly didn't expect it. Tk in the photo it looks like a big bomb.
But in fact, my Redic 4502 is much larger and cumbersome, unlike Shteba.
And yet, its square volumes save space))
Now she will have a cube with us)
And on M. Ru she was nicknamed Little Red Riding Hood))
Masinen
First experiments.
Boiled on Steam for 10 minutes with lemon. The valve is open. It boiled quickly, I didn't time the time, but it felt fast. After boiling, the countdown began.

Chicken broth
Then I decided to cook chicken broth for my son.
On the Frying program, I fried carrots with onions and chicken breast (cut into pieces). The Fry program is very intense and fries perfectly, just like my Redic 4502.
I filled everything with water and put 0.7 b pressure on the Soup program for 30 minutes, well, as it was by default.
It turned out to be an excellent bouillon, golden color, I was stunned !!!
Look at this broth !!! I never had this in a cartoon!

Here is a photo of the lid after the soup. It is clean, well, only condensation has collected)
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco
Masinen
At the end of cooking, it goes into heating and shows the temperature inside and the heating time
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

Manna
Mash, well, it probably shows not the temperature inside, but the set heating temperature? Or does the temperature change directly upon cooling?
Masinen
Yes, as it cools, the temperature drops. Well, the readings are changing))
julifera
Masha - Congratulations
I like! And the shape and what the temperature shows, but the fact that the stainless steel saucepan is very convenient - with peace of mind you can put in the PMMku

Baked Milk

Girls. I made baked milk mode Simmering 10 hours temperature 88 degrees. Here's what happened
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

After the Simmering mode, the automatic heating does not turn on Look))
Tanyulya
Mash, noble foam! How does it taste? How does it smell?
Masinen
It smells, it smells stewed)) it tastes good too, but I compare it with Stadler, because I never made baked milk anywhere else, well, I did it in Redica, but it boiled down there exactly in half and it turned out to be very concentrated milk. Probably it will be even tastier in slow motion))
In Shtebe, the foam came out from above, and in Stadler, for some reason, it was at the bottom of the pan.
Masinen
Express pasta
I put the macaroshki prepared according to Irina Vernisage's recipe)) I really like to cook that way. Generally the recipe for Stadler Express Rice mode.
1.5 faceted cups of seashell pasta
Water to cover the macaroons
Salt and put a piece of butter
Put the Kasha mode, aka Rice 7 minutes, the default pressure is 0.7
The pressure was set for 3 minutes, it was forced down
After switching to heating, the temperature was 107 degrees
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco
The macaroshki turned out to be excellent))
Masinen
Yes, I can’t understand when the Frying mode starts counting down. I understand that after reaching the operating temperature, but so far I have not started yet)) I fried it twice.
In rare 4502, there is the same garbage with frying, so I don't expect a backward count, I'm used to the fact that sometimes it starts, and sometimes it doesn't have time to start))
Masinen
Cooked beef broth with carrots and onions. Pre-fried carrots with onions and beef for about 5 minutes. Frying mode is a beast !!!
Then Soup mode 40 min pressure 0.7
The pressure was built up for 13 minutes. Forcibly lowered)
Here are the readings after switching to auto-heating

Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

After the Simmering mode, the automatic heating does not turn on Look))
Made fermented baked milk with Tonus sourdough from this baked milk. I had to put two yogurt makers)) 1 Brand for 7 cups and 2 small ones for three (well, there are 4 cups). An excellent Ryazhenka came out in 4 hours !!!
Here I sit drinking cappuccino and eating my fermented baked milk)

At the end, I tortured the casserole in the Stebe, ufff)
Porridge mode 25 min. The pressure is 0.7, but it was not accumulated, because there is no steam. And heating for 40 minutes.
I put baking paper under the bottom, so the sides were like that, I removed the paper)))
It is necessary to cut a silicone mat under the bowl. And that with paper is not very convenient.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco
Masinen
I cooked rice, I really liked the result. It turned out crumbly))
Porridge mode 15 min pressure 0.7. The pressure build-up lasted 7 minutes.
1 to 1 did.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco
Masinen
Hurray, I defeated her !!! I baked bread according to the recipe of the Baton of the stagnation times !!!
Roasting mode 2 times for 30 minutes, maybe max time on mode 30 minutes, and for bread you need 60 minutes.
Baking in a silicone mold.
The top was browned in the oven, because it was turned on.
In general, I conclude: Read the Instructions !!!!
Here is my Kulich Stagnation, maybe there was no other form. Now I’ll go shopping with a pan to look for a shape !!!!

Masinen
The most interesting thing is that the top of the baking dish is absolutely dry, the lid is made in such a way that condensation does not get on the food in the bowl !!! I liked it very much.
Masinen
I understood how the Roasting mode works. To start the countdown, you need to turn on an empty pan and wait for heating, well, about 3 minutes, straight empty, without oil, and everything else. When the bowl heats up, the countdown starts. We pour everything in oil and put in the products for frying and nothing sticks, but you need to stir, it fries very well.
I cooked chicken and potatoes.
Fried onions, carrots and chicken on the Frying mode for 15 minutes. The chicken was slightly frozen.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco
While the chicken was fried, she cut the potatoes into large cubes on a cutter with her beloved.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco
And I put it in a bowl, well, I salted it and I got some vegeta (I have vegeta without a flavor enhancer, I bring it to myself from Bosnia, because it's so dumb here. It's called Natura Vegeta.) And mixed everything.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco
Then she turned on the meat mode for 40 minutes, the pressure of 0.3.Pressure built up in 5 minutes
Here after disconnecting
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

Well voila))

Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

Shteba Well done !!!

Appetizing potatoes turned out
Mash! As far as I understand, your first impressions of the new thing are positive. Can you summarize both the positive and the negative? Or a little early yet? And further. Does she really shorten the cooking time? Except for plus or minus ten minutes?

Appetizing potatoes turned out
Mash! As far as I understand, your first impressions of the new thing are positive. Can you summarize both the positive and the negative? Or a little early yet? And further. Does she really shorten the cooking time? Except for plus or minus ten minutes?
Zhen, yes, time is saved and very much, even if you consider that I put more out of ignorance)))
The impressions are still positive, but I have been using it all three days)) at least two weeks will pass, then I can describe the pros and cons))
Vei

Chicken and potatoes in CB mode will be ready in 15 minutes, and with a full bowl to the eyeballs in 20-25 minutes. Pork in 20-25 minutes, beef in 30-40 minutes depending on the quality of the meat, fish in 10 minutes, vegetables are generally cooked quickly. Cereals from 5-7 minutes in the case of rolled oats to 30 minutes for barley or corn porridge.
Of course, this is all approximate, and much more depends on whether you yourself release the pressure, or it will gradually decrease by itself. From this, you can change the cooking time itself.
Masinen
I liked Steba very much, in all respects. The build quality is excellent, the plastic doesn't stink. The programs work as stated in the instructions. Condensation does not drip onto food. Well, in general, I'm happy so far)) So so))) porridge)
We bought Green Buckwheat (Mistral) yesterday. I decided to cook it in my Cube))
I cooked such buckwheat for the first time, that's what happened.
With a fright, I put a pressure of 0.7 for 10 minutes (it should have been 7). It turned out to be a mess)) someone loves this))
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

Then she fried the pork tenderloin. I put it for 20 minutes, but it fried well for me in 12 minutes and I turned off the Roasting mode. And left it under the lid for 5 minutes)) in general, the meat turned out juicy and soft))
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

This morning, ahead of mom, I put oatmeal porridge in Shtebochka)) mom always cooks on the stove in a saucepan, and then I jumped early and loaded everything into the pressure cooker, hahaha)

8 minutes Porridge-Rice mode, pressure 0.7. The lid was clean !!!! Porridge didn't even try to run !!!
It turned out awesome porridge, as I love !!!!! I always cook on water, long oat flakes))
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

Rick
Mash! Does the pressure gain-release for a long time? As a result, porridge, for example, how much is cooked?
Masinen
Zhen, pressure builds up at the speed of light. Maxismum on soup for 12 minutes. And on porridge min 5-6.
The staff is a champion in pressure gain !!!
Masinen
I bought a silicone mold that fits in a pan) I decided to bake a cake from the ready-made mixture with the House Baking.
The shape is evidently thick, but the cake turned out to be amazing, like from the oven, but the Roasting mode had to be turned on 4 times. Cupcake dough with butter and milk)) I was pleased with the result, but a bit too long))
Here is such a handsome man came out. Yes, the condensate did not fall on the cake at all, well, I really like this moment in Shtebochka.
If only a bowl with a non-stick coating, for baking, and the price it would not be.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

I constantly cook broths in it, it comes out super! Meat cooks well, mom now only cooks beef in it.
Rick
Ltd! Well handsome! And the crust on top - did it brown more or did it happen right away?
vernisag
Nice cupcake!
I think what was on the top was at the bottom and turned brown itself, probably .... huh?
Manna
Mashun, and the cup does not deteriorate from the fact that it warms up unevenly during frying due to the silicone mold? I remember when overheating (I forgot on the stove without water) a stainless steel castor Uli, it burned out, and there was a terrible nickel smell in the kitchen.
Masinen
Manna, nope, it doesn't even change color. I was also afraid that it would burn, but she behaved normally, bowl))
I really like that when you bake on Roasting, it comes out like from the oven. But you definitely need a silicone mold, otherwise it will burn out))

Cooking veal chops on the bone today.
Fried on Roasting for 10 minutes, those for five minutes on each side. It turned out to be fried.
I found three large potatoes, I cut them into large cubes, so large and threw them on the meat, well, of course I salted the mustache. I didn't add water, because the meat gave juice.
Turned on the Meat 10 min. Pressure 0.7.
You have no idea how yummy it turned out !!!! The potatoes were ready, and the meat was juicy and with a fried crust, well, you will lick your fingers !!!!
In short, I did not have time to take a picture, because my husband and children were hungry. And my husband still walked around and lamented that I had a bunch of pots, but there was nothing to eat)))
Masinen
In the morning I decided to cook an Omelet with bacon and bacon for a couple))
Shteba has 2 steam holders - a lower and an upper steamer.
I used the bottom one, because I was cooking in a silicone mold.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

I put it on 17 minutes, just in case))
When the water boiled, the countdown went off and the lid blocked, although the valve was open, well, that's just for information. But after the end of the regime, the pressure dropped very quickly.
After the end of Steam
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

This is what I saw when I opened the lid))
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

And already on a platter))
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

I cooked like this:
4 eggs
Art. l sour cream
50 ml cream
Salt to taste
1 sausage Pork sausage and a couple of brisket pieces.
I cut everything into squares and put it in a mold.
Mixed eggs, sour cream and cream with a hand whisk. Poured into the mold.
Masinen
Irin, yeah, I like it very much)) only 1 flaw found that there is no prog Baking special))
And I like it like that))

Yes, about the omelet, if I knew that it would lock the lid, then I would have set less time, since the cooking was under pressure. I think 5 minutes would be the most it)))
Rick
Mash! How long is "Roasting"? If it was already, I apologize How much did you bake a cupcake if you turned it on 4 times? It just dawned on me now
Masinen
I sat here and thought about the steam regime. I didn’t close the valve and the steam came out through it, so there was no pressure. Then I set the time correctly. But the lid is blocked, then it turns out that the pressure was or was not)))?

Zhen, Roasting mode 30 minutes. But here the fact is that the rocker itself heats up very quickly, and you also need to warm up the silicone mold to start baking, you know?
And I bought a cool uniform, I just killed myself for the oven)))
This pressure cooker, as it were, is not intended for baking, but it can be made, but it takes a very long time. But the result itself, those final ones I really like !!!
The bread came out fluffy, but for the bread I took a cake pan, it is smaller in volume and warms up faster. For the bread, I turned on the Roasting mode all 2 times for 30 minutes.
I'm experimenting so to speak so that others can see what can be done in it.
And I have a stove in something, my beloved Stadler Form)) and this I do everything for you loved ones))
Rick
Masha! And we love you dearly!

Well, yes, baking is inconvenient, or you have to sit next to it in order to turn it on on time. So, if only get perverted experiment.

Herculean groats - you mean oatmeal, which is in grains? Today, just the girls in the Redmond 01 topic discussed how to soak it before cooking, also in kefir. I don't cook this, so I read it for information, maybe someday I will take it.

Come on there, heal quickly! We also caught two weeks ago, two corpses with my husband were lying in turn. The most interesting thing is that the child endured it very easily. I think, because while breastfeeding, and in milk it seems there are some antibodies. So get well soon!
Masinen
Yes, yes, oatmeal))) it directly treats. And today I had to go to pick up my passport at the Polish Embassy in the morning, and I'm dying))

By the way, there is no need to stand, for about an hour somewhere. I did this, turn it on and leave, I hear it squeak again and turn it on again and after the second time I open the lid and see what happened))
madames
Mashunka! How interesting! And what is the temperature range in Stebka? Can you make your own sour cream at 35-39 degrees? And I dream of buying such a cartoon, so that, like in a frying pan, my favorite steak cutlets - fry. Good luck. I will follow with pleasure and wind it on a mustache. Thank you very much. Happy for you. Good luck.
Masinen
Elena, in the Heated mode, the temperature is from 30 g - 80 g. So you can even make kefir))
On the languishing mode, the rate is from 82-88gr.
And then it is generally super fried. Such a straight good frying !!!
Yes, thank you)) I'm only cooking in it now, well, I really like it) so far there hasn't been a single glitch, mmm
Masinen
Yesterday I was sitting at home and was sick and I didn't feel like eating anything, but for dinner I wanted meatballs with stewed cabbage, well, I made them))

meatballs with cheese
I grated the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into rings and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
The whole thing, the Roasting mode for 10 minutes, was salted, stirring occasionally.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

She took the veal meat, ran it through a meat grinder with a large grill and also rolled the onions into the minced meat. I added a little round grain rice and made meatballs.
The meatballs themselves were laid on top of the carrots with onions and tomatoes.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

And on top of the cheese I put in pieces, the usual cheese that was in the refrigerator.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

Turned on the Meat mode 25 minutes pressure 0.7
The pan has switched to heating
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

And here is the finished result

In short, I fried it with a mustache so that the cabbage would start juice.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

Salt, pepper))) turned on the Vegetables mode for 10 minutes, pressure 0.7
The cabbage turned out to have a breathtaking aroma and did not turn into porridge, in short, super and that's it !!!

Here is the final result on a platter)
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

It was so tasty that I could do it all, despite the fact that there was no appetite and my stomach ached))

madames
Mashun! Thanks for the answer. What a beauty and everything is so delicious! Work is in full swing. Well done! A very seductive Rubik Cube enticement. So nra! I have a little problem. I ordered Brant 6051. On the way. And I fell in love with Kubika. What to do? Who can tell if these are different devices or similar ones? Mashul, where have you been before? I like the Cube more, but Brandik was prompted, because she herself did not heap anything in them. I'm glad there will be Brand. But, if I saw the Cube before ... love. And the first t to before I somehow coolly looked at everything, and Stebushka lured. I will admire coming to the masterpieces of the Cubic.
Masinen
Elena, I also followed the topic about Brand and read everything thoroughly. And that pan didn't touch me at all and didn't impress me. I have nothing against Brand, but not for my taste. And reading the topic now, I have confirmed a hundred times that my choice, personally for the hay, was the right one.
Shteba is of German quality and it doesn't matter what is collected in China.
Shteba is sold throughout Europe and in Germany as well. Before buying it, I searched the entire Internet, read what and where the company was from. Various interviews, etc., etc. I was sure that this was another brand for Russia on a special flight)) But it turned out that this was not so, and very good. Well, I decided, so to speak, the first to buy it on our forum and never regretted it !!!
And I’m preparing a pleasant surprise for tomorrow)) today I don’t have time to write and upload photos))
So wait,))
Elena, you still have time to think about what to take Brand or Shtebu)) but I'm not trying to persuade you))

Stewed cabbage soup with mushrooms.

This is the first thing I cooked. At the same time I checked the regimes.
Chopped carrots and onions and sautéed them in a bowl in a little vegetable oil in the "frying" program. Fried well, but neat, not aggressive. The photo shows that nothing is stuck.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

After the end of the program (I set it for 10 minutes), I put all the other ingredients in the bowl: washed dried mushrooms (not soaked), chopped cabbage, potato sticks, lavrushka, salt, pepper, beef brisket on the bone.

Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

Checking the "soup" mode.

I poured cold water into the bowl up to the upper mark, chose the "soup" mode, time 15 minutes, pressure 0.7, "start".
After the pressure was set, the countdown started.

Checking the "languor" mode.

After the beep about the end of the program, I chose the "languor" mode, time 3 hours, temperature 82 degrees, "start". (after the "soup" program, I did not release the pressure, did not open the lid, just turned on the "languor").

When I opened the multi lid before lunch, a breathtaking smell came out of it ...
Here, in fact, is the result.

Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

The cabbage soup turned out to be sooo rich, aromatic and tasty.
At the same time I tried three modes at once - "frying", "soup", "languor".

Fresh apple compote.

Cooked apple compote. I washed the fruits (3 apples), cut them arbitrarily into large slices, and poured them into the bowl. Added 1.5 measuring cups of sugar.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

I poured cold water up to the upper mark. I closed the lid and the valve, chose the "soup" mode, time 3 minutes, pressure 0.3, "start".
After the pressure was built up, the countdown began.

After the signal about the end of the program, the compote remained on heating for 30 minutes, then it was simply infused for about an hour.

The result is a fragrant light honey-colored drink (the color can be seen in the photo)

Baked milk (on the "languishing" mode).

Pour milk into the multicooker bowl, I had 1.5 liters. As always, before "dairy business" do not forget to rinse the bowl with special care.

Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco
I had milk "from a cow friend", raw, so I first brought it to a boil in "steam" mode with the lid open. If boiled or pasteurized milk is used, skip this stage.
Then I closed the lid, the valve is open.
Mode "languishing" ("slow cooking"), temperature 88 degrees, 8 hours.

"Little Red Riding Hood" began to pick up the set temperature. Both displays on the control panel light up: one shows the temperature, the other (lower) - the remaining cooking time, a countdown is in progress. The pressure at this temperature, of course, is not accumulated, the "float" does not rise.

After the signal of the end of the program, we get just such beauty.

Ryazhenka.

Fermented baked milk can be made very simply from baked milk.
Fermented baked milk with sour cream (2-3 tablespoons per liter), stir well. Pour the mixture into a clean bowl, close the lid.

Heating mode, temperature 38 degrees, time 7 hours.

Here's what we get.
