Rye with bran and flakes 5 cereals

Ingredients

peeled rye flour 140 g
rye bran 50 g
dry bread kvass 50 g
flakes 60 gr.
plain yogurt 150 ml
egg 1 PC
dry yeast 1 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
salt 0.5 tsp (maybe a little more)
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
whole coriander (for sprinkling) taste
water 60 ml

Cooking method

  • Brew kvass with boiling water, add the rest of the ingredients. I used the "Whole Grain" program, after the first batch I pulled out the mixer.
  • Rye with bran and flakes 5 cereals

Note

The bread turned out to be very dense (the photo shows that the roof is even), it almost did not rise, in some places there are pieces of cereal, but we like this kind of bread, perhaps there are still lovers of such bread.
