Ingredients

Minced meatballs 500gr
Onion 3 pcs
Carrot 1 large
Bell pepper 3 pcs
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
Potatoes 800gr
Salt taste
Bay leaf 1 small
Pepper / Seasoning Mix taste
Hot water up to MAX

Cooking method

  • Tasty, like in a slow cooker.
  • I made minced meatballs.
  • Fried chopped onions, carrots, bell peppers, Fried for 15 minutes. (be sure to mix). In 5 min. until the end of frying, added a little tomato paste for color.
  • After the end of the mode, put chopped potatoes on top of the frying. I filled it with hot water (so as not to ruin the bowl), formed and put the meatballs on top. Salt, pepper / seasoning mixture, bay leaf. I closed the lid, the pressure regulator was on High.
  • Manual mode. Stage 1 - 30 min. temperature 105 degrees, stage 2 - 30 min. temperature 100 degrees, stage 3 - 1 hour temperature 95 degrees. At the last stage, the cover is unlocked, so you can already open it immediately.
  • The timing in Manual mode starts immediately, regardless of the pressure build-up. This must be taken into account.
  • The soup turned out to be very aromatic, the taste is rich. Whole potatoes, transparent broth.

Note

I deliberately chose this mode and such temperatures so that the taste of the soup was like in a multicooker - rich. This can be achieved by long cooking at low temperatures. The result made me very happy!
