  • Finely chop the onion, three grated carrots. Add oil to the bowl, set the "Fry" mode, time 10 minutes, the lid is open. Put onions in a bowl, then carrots. Fry lightly. We pass the fillet through a meat grinder together with garlic. We mix fried onions and carrots with minced meat, add an egg, salt.

  • We form meatballs. Pour water into the bowl so that it is below the level of the double boiler, put the double boiler, put meatballs on it.
  • We set the program "Steam cooking", time 12 minutes. The pressure was built up for 10 minutes. The meatballs were ready very quickly. My little grandson adores them, adults also eat with pleasure.

Well, very beautiful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will certainly do it tomorrow. Only "not for a little grandson" I will add bitter pepper and a little chicken spices.
And I really, really like the fact that there is no rice in the meatballs.
Indescribable beauty.
Irene, thanks.

Great recipe! Thank you!
Irene
You're welcome! All the time I confuse meatballs and meatballs. There is nothing with rice, just too lazy to boil it first. I still freeze them, if too much is obtained for multi, and then I put chicken in the soup. I really like the fact that the whole thing is being prepared for 40 minutes.

I did everything according to your recipe - the only thing is that the meatballs turned out to be very dry - I think it's better to add soaked crumb to the minced meat .......
