Cabbage soup on the PP program at Cuckoo 1051

Cabbage soup on the PP program at Cuckoo 1051

Ingredients

pork bone 300-400gr
a piece of chicken 200gr
onion 1 PC
carrot 1 PC
a tomato 1 PC
cabbage 500gr
potatoes 4-6pcs
greens
salt 1st l
garlic, spices at will

Cooking method

  • My vegetables, clean, cut, three on a grater. Included the program frying Level 2, added vegetable oil to the multicooker bowl and fried the onions until golden brown, added grated carrots, then chopped tomato. I put a piece of pork on the bone and two chicken wings in the fried vegetables and stewed it down a little, after which the frying program was turned off. I added potatoes and shredded cabbage to the multicooker bowl (I also added a clove of garlic), 1.3-1.5 liters of hot water. I closed the multicooker, turned the handle to the closed position and turned on the program PP for 2.5 hours... After the signal of readiness, I opened the lid of the multicooker, took out the meat, quickly separated the meat from the bones (it fell off the bones by itself) and sent it back to the pan. I added salt, herbs, spices (I like "pure" cabbage soup without spices), mixed, closed the lid and turned on the heating for 15 minutes, then turned it off and left it for a few more minutes. Well, while the cabbage soup has not cooled down, please go to the table! Stewed cabbage soup, rich, tasty, beautiful! Bon Appetit !

And really beautiful. And what is the temperament on your PP? or pressure?
I don't know how to properly ask about St.))))

Thank you Irish
Here's what the manufacturer writes:

РР - manual mode, Russian oven mode - STILLING under pressure.
A kind of slow cooker cooks gently under pressure, programmable cooking time up to 6 hours.
Ideal for cooking jellied meat, meat, heart, stew, etc.

And what is the temperature and pressure, this is a mystery covered in darkness ... But I think below a hundred degrees, boiling was heard only at the very beginning, apparently that the valve would close, and there was practically no steam outlet at the end, so light zilch.
