Ingredients

Dough:
Flour 3 cups x 200 ml

Milk 220 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 5 tbsp. l.
Butter (soft) 60 g
Yeast 2 tsp
Egg
(minus one yolk for lubrication)
3 pcs.
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Dark dough:
Water 0.5 tsp
Cocoa 3 tsp
Lubrication:
Milk 1 tbsp. l.
Yolk 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • We load the ingredients for the white dough into the HP, set the “Dough” mode (or if there is “Kneading”). When the batch is over, turn it off (no spreading is needed).
  • Divide the dough into two parts. We again load one of these parts into the HP, add cocoa and water. We set the "Dough" mode. Put the white dough in a bag greased on both sides. oil.
  • After the kneading is over, without turning off the HP, we take out the dark dough.
  • We take out the kneading knife. We immerse white and dark dough in a bucket in such a way that the bag is open. We leave for spreading.
  • I could not have bothered and left just to come up somewhere in a warm place, but I wanted something unusual.
  • When the dough comes up, divide each into 12 pieces.
  • We take a white piece, roll it out. Put a dark piece on it in the middle.
  • We spread it on greased raste on parchment paper. oil seam down. Leave it to come up for 30-50 minutes.

Today I baked these buns again. But I designed them a little differently.

While the dark dough was kneading. I decided to add lemon zest to the light dough (I think an orange will do too), mixed it by hand.

After the test is ready. Roll each into layers, preferably rectangular. Put one on top of the other.

Roll the layers into a roll. If the roll is thick in the middle, stretch it.

Cut the roll to make triangles.

Firstly, in the process of kneading the first dough, I added a poppy. Stepping on the throat of his own maximalism, he added only 3 tbsp. spoons of poppy. While kneading the dark dough, raisins were added (5 tablespoons). Then everything is according to technology. It tasted better than it looked.

The dough (both colors) is a little fuzzy. The reason - at the most interesting place, the flour suddenly ended)))). A little was not enough, but it was too lazy to run to the store)).
