Began to add Flakes Nordic 4 cereals just by handfuls (it turned out 4 handfuls full). But, since I wanted to bake buns, I was not particularly worried. First I kneaded on "Pelmeni", then I put the main dough. Rose to the top. She cut up the buns. While she was sculpting the last ones, the first ones have already risen again! Greased with an egg, sprinkled with sesame seeds and baked for 20 minutes on ventilation and 180 g.
