Greetings to all!
Help me choose - you need a bread maker to bake gluten-free bread. The main requirements are programmable programs and a timer. Any additional functions and quietness are welcome. I live in the province, so the choice is small - there are Panasonic, Delongy and Kenwoods. What do you advise?

I have Moulinex 5004. I am happy with my stove, but if I bought it a second time, I would have stopped at Panasonic.

I have a Panasonic, which I will not exchange for any other HP: this is My bread machine!

Of these I recommend, which looks like it and is cheaper.

I don’t know, I didn’t use it, but there is a topic on this issue as well. Or ask the moderator of this topic. It will be faster. And so look for any question by topic, everything is there.

Wonderful bread amigo41
And most importantly, useful and so necessary for you! How does HP work?

Thank you! We bought it for mom, now we will delight her with delicious bread. We liked it, everything is convenient and simple, not noisy. There is simply nothing to compare with yet, but so far we are satisfied with all 100.

but how to understand this: gluten-free bread, and what program should you choose on the bread maker?

Girls, I need advice. I was about to buy HP Panasonic 2500 or 2501, stopped by the fact that it was necessary to use a ready-made buzgluten mixture. Until we have found one, but there is separately corn, rice, buckwheat flour. I'm afraid it will be difficult for me to bake good bread myself. Maybe someone has tried it already and there are tried recipes?

Thanks for the link. Only most likely the problem is due to the lack of gluten-free baking function in HP. As I understand it, the order of placing the ingredients and the choice of the baking program is important. This is where I ran into the problem

You don’t understand something Gluten-free baking means baking without WHEAT flour, which has gluten-gluten, which give the bread fluffiness, lightness and good rise!

You will have to bake from different flours, such as rice, corn, buckwheat and others, which are called HEAVY flour and without the addition of wheat flour go very badly! It will take a lot of effort, energy to learn how to bake from such flour, and even to get bread!

And the bread maker has absolutely nothing to do with it! Learn to work with heavy flour dough, you will be good at baking

I want to get a gluten-free bread maker. I read the forum the name of the stoves is written and I don’t understand what mixture to use or what to put on the stove. Mom with experience, please write what bread mixture you use in which oven and on which program you bake, and the recipe should be used the one that is indicated on the package with the mixture? I broke my whole head. I live in another country, a child is not allowed wheat, they bake gluten-free bread in bakeries here, but it's terrible. And I can't even make a sandwich for school (((and another question: did anyone use an egg substitute (we can't have eggs and milk, but we found rice milk very tasty and I think maybe eggs are also a substitute).) Please advise maybe soon from Rossi my parents will come I want them to order a stove and baking mixes according to your advice, I look forward to any information, thanks.

You have carefully read the previous answer of our experienced and respected baker and moderator Admin?. You need to learn this work with heavy dough. And any stove, in general, does not care what you put in it. And any ready-made mixture you buy, running out of ready-made bread, will most likely also taste terrible. You will need to invent yourself - to make a mixture of various cereals. In general, such a real polyallergy to wheat, eggs and milk is extremely rare. I would double-check with skin tests in Russia.

I checked it everywhere and for everything that was possible. I myself am currently lying with acute urticaria under an IV in the hospital and it is not clear why. So ... So even if I buy Panas 253 or 255, I set a gluten-free program and add water, salt, oil, yeast mixture, then nothing will work out (((

And no one uses small ovens to bake gluten-free bread?
I recently tried the Ariete 125, I didn't like it. There, the main 3-hour regimen turned out to be gluten-free. And the baking mode is designed for only 30 minutes, no more.

I'm looking at the Rolsen RBM-530 bread maker. There is no b / d regime in it. But in my ALASKA BM2600 I bake b / g bread on the main mode, sometimes on fast, or on "manual" - first knead, then turn on the baking for a couple of minutes, turn it off and wait 30 minutes until the bread rises. Then I turn on the baking again. In my x / n it is 60 minutes.
In general, ALASKA suits me with everything, except for the size. The kitchen is small, and with the open lid it rests against the upper cabinet, I wanted a small cotton.
Small c / n has basically 5 modes, while Rolsen RBM-530 has 8 modes and a "baking" mode from 10 minutes to 1 hour.

Does anyone bake gluten-free mixtures in a Scarlet sl-1525 bread maker?

And someone baked gluten-free bread in mystery 1202, in Panasonic 2502 it turns out with a bang! And in this miracle of rootlessness? I'd like to know: did anyone succeed?
