Apricot pie

Ingredients

flour 185 g
sugar 140 g
eggs 3 pcs
milk 60 g
baking powder 1/2 tsp
butter (I have 60 g) 160 g
salt pinch
vanilla, cinnamon, ginger on vacus

Cooking method

  • Another recipe for apricot pie. But this one, for today, I liked the most.
  • There is a little secret in it, which Julia shared in her program "Let's eat at home".
  • The cake is prepared very quickly and easily. The dough is very tender.
  • First, mix all the ingredients in your usual order. It is more convenient for me to beat the butter with sugar, then add milk and a little flour with baking powder.
  • Then we drive in eggs one by one and add the rest of the flour with a pinch of salt and spices.
  • Julia mixed milk with sugar first and then in the same order as mine. I think it doesn't really affect the quality of the cake.
  • Put the tender dough in a greased mold. Put apricots on top, cut
  • into halves or quarters. We just lay them out with a cut up - this is the "secret" from Julia.
  • It turns out a very tasty cake - so tender and aromatic. The apricots melted slightly and tasted like apricot jam.
  • Apricot pie
  • Bake the cake at 180 * C for 25 minutes first. Then sprinkle the cake with sugar and bake for another 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the form in 2-3 minutes.

Note

Plums, nectarines, and apples can be used in this recipe. Only apples must first be simmered - this is what Julia Vysotskaya advises.

nut, apricots do not need to be pressed. The dough is very tender and therefore they themselves "sink" a little in it. Try to moisten apricots with liqueur or aromatic tincture - it will be even more aromatic. The pattern was done as usual - in a fan.

Made today with peaches from 1st grade flour in a pressure cooker-multicooker brand 6050 - quite! Well, the top, as usual, is pale, and so - it was baked normally, delicious! I put the "Pastry" - 50 minutes, then held it on the "Heating" for another 15 minutes, cooled it in a bowl, easily the pie popped out. Well, I didn't want to turn on the oven at all.
