Oat pie with cherries (for Brand 37501 multicooker)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 50 g
Oat flakes 100 g
Sugar 75 g
Chicken eggs, large 2 pcs.
Cherry (already pitted) 1.5 tbsp.
Vanillin taste
Glass = 200 ml

Cooking method

  • Cherries are waiting for their winter hour in the freezer, but you don't want to wait so long and most likely it will not be there at all by winter)) A terribly easy pie to prepare, which is eaten all at once for tea)) And with sour cream - mmm))
  • So, ...
  • Beat eggs with sugar. Add oatmeal, flour, vanillin. Mix well. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and pour over the dough. Pour in, because it turns out to be liquid
  • Oat pie with cherries (for Brand 37501 multicooker)
  • (It seemed to me that such a cake could not be turned over when pulled out from behind the berries, and I put baking paper ... And it was completely in vain - it was not needed in the end, since the berries drowned and held tightly in the finished cake)
  • Top with cherries.
  • Oat pie with cherries (for Brand 37501 multicooker)
  • Bake on "baking" for 40-50 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the finished cake with almond and coconut flakes. I sprinkled with powdered sugar for beauty.

Note

The recipe is taken from here: 🔗

I took half of the original recipe. But cherries can be safely added. So much so that the whole cake is covered with them. Due to the fact that the dough dries well at the exit, the cherry juice balances this dryness. I used oatmeal quick (those that do not need to be boiled)

Bon Appetit!

P. S. Here are my photos of the blackberry pie: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=281656.0

What an interesting and diethical pie! Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely try. and how many cherries do you need? And then I love when there are a lot of berries, will the pie be baked then?

I love cherry pies, and even more so from oatmeal dough. I will definitely try. Thanks for the recipe! Question: is half a serving how much is written in the ingredients or half of this amount? I am going to bake in little Redmond, so the question is very important for me.

Vei, try it)

So, here it is. I took half a portion of the test from the source. And I had to take 1 glass of prescription cherries. And I put 1.5 glasses. And now I feel that you can safely put 2 glasses So that the cherry covers the dough completely without gaps, like mine. The dough itself is baked well, and where there are no cherries, it is even dry. And the cherry juice remains on top and that's all together - this is a song))

gala10, here in the ingredients I have already indicated half of the portion And the whole pie - by the link
I hope you will like it

Thank you!

Cartoonwhat a beautiful pie! Thanks for the recipe!
I will definitely try it, we love oatmeal muffins.

I sit and argue ... The berries must be juicy, otherwise you get a dry bar. Oat flakes absorb moisture, so it will be difficult to overdo it with berries, I think.
Hmm ... And I also have frozen blackberries ... Try something today))

Girls, I'm glad that the recipe is interesting to you and I will worry that everyone will like it.
Cartoon
Well, well)) I came up with it myself - I did it myself))

This is how it was originally:
Oat pie with cherries (for Brand 37501 multicooker)
Considering that blackberries are much juicier than cherries, they left the same 1.5 glasses ... Well, a little more. Frozen blackberries, the juice thawed and did not go into the pie. Only berries. It can be seen how in the finished cake she gave juice and spread, covering the entire surface. When I opened it, it stuck a little along the edges to the bowl. I walked through with one movement with a silicone spatula and everything is ok)
I'm glad

Reporting: baked a pie in Redmond RMC-01. Baking 1 hour 50 min. Here's what happened:
Oat pie with cherries (for Brand 37501 multicooker)
It looks nothing like the author's sample, but very tasty! True, she put fresh cherries, maybe that's why the cake turned out to be dark. Thanks for the recipe!
Vasilica
gala10, thanks for trying it in baby! Did you take everything by prescription, didn't you half?
And then I kept thinking, half or not. She's small with us, it seemed to me that the top would be dry.

I asked the author. This recipe has already been halved. So I took everything exactly as written, only added baking powder (0.5 tsp.) After the program ended, I took out the bowl, covered it with a towel and let it stand for 10 minutes. Then everything jumped out easily. It turned out very tasty. Destroyed in 15 minutes. I barely managed to take a picture. No dryness has been observed!

Galina, if they did it in 15 minutes, then everything worked out)))) Cool))
Such a good pie in the photo)) I see that they first laid out a little dough, then cherries, and then dough again?
Redmond is inferior in power to the 501st, I see. 1.50 baked And in the 502nd you don't bake?) Judging by the list of equipment, it is also available in the kitchen)
Thanks for the report)
Vasilika, thank you)

Yes, I have 37502. The baked goods in it turn out great, but in Redmond with a power of 350 watts (in total!) The baked goods are simply amazing! Therefore, I use Brand (5l) for soups, compotes, stews or baking large volumes, and Redmond (2l) - for cereals, baked goods, casseroles. In general, they both plow for me every day. I almost stopped using the stove, and taking into account the fact that the stove and the oven are electric, a decent energy saving is obtained. Now, specifically about the pie: no, I laid out all the dough first, and on top - the cherry. When I got it, I turned it over. The cherries have settled during baking. Therefore, the result is this.
Thanks again for the recipe!
Vasilica
Galina, Thank you! Yes, I saw that the recipe was halved. It's just that in a large cartoon you can see that it is flat and it is clear that it is saturated. And our little one means it will be taller, so I was afraid that it would be a little dry. But now you have dispelled all my doubts, I'm going to bake right now.

Basil, no fluff, no feather! In Redmond, baking is generally a win-win!

Yeah, I like it too! Especially the small ones.
I have already put it, it kneads just instantly - it suits me very much.

Well, less than a year has passed since I showed up. Came with a report. I baked it, I really liked it. I love when the structure is felt, in short I love to crunch. Here in my photo you can see that the cherry has not dropped and even whole flakes are visible. I do not know why it happened, whether there are not enough cherries (although I took everything according to the recipe), or because of the flakes. I have long-boiled flakes (Clear sun 1). Maybe it was necessary to take smaller flakes. But again, I personally really liked it.
Cartoon, thank you very much for the recipe, I will definitely repeat it!

Vasilika, great)
I myself sit and think that I will bake and again stare at this recipe))) But I need something else, otherwise I will get bored more))
At the expense of oatmeal, for sure, it is the point.I have flakes at all "no cooking". Those that are heated in the micr and eat. And you can't compare with natural)) I think that if the flakes are "1", you need to add liquid. True, I don't know which one)))) We can, an extra egg, or maybe milk. They also need to soften properly. Or take a double portion of cherries)
Thanks for the feedback)

Galina, thanks for the answer about the multicooker)

I baked it again, for the experiment I soaked the flakes in 1 mst. kefir. It turned out even tastier than the first time! Try it, you might like it ...

The recipe, apparently, is not killed)))) You can experiment)))

Yes!!!!!

I put it with currants. Let's see what happens. Unsubscribe. But thanks in advance anyway
helgoncha
The dough turned out to be somewhat dry, I apparently shifted the oatmeal, did everything by sight. When I opened the lid, at first I was afraid that everything was gone. I put a lot of currants, it was ice cream and the pie was floating. Then he stood, took a little and nothing, almost everything was eaten for dinner. I will try more with other proportions. Thank you!
Cartoon
Well, what happened in the end
There, yes) The whole story is in flakes. We need a balance. Lots of flakes are dry. Therefore, the dough should be liquid, not even thick sour cream, as we are usually used to. So that while the flakes gain moisture, they do not dry out the whole cake) If it is thick, you can add milk, and there, the girls poured kefir))
And we eat pouring sour cream) Berries love her))
