Ingredients

Carp (steaks) 2 pcs.
Tomatoes 4 things.
Bulb onions 4 things.
Garlic 2 tooth
Dill 1 \ 2 bundles
Salt pepper taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Season the steaks with salt, pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, leave for 30 minutes (or more).
