Ingredients

Egg yolks 4 things.
Butter or margarine 200 g
Sugar 1 glass
Soda (quench with vinegar) 1 tsp
Flour 430 g
Vanillin on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • Prepare shortbread dough: Grate cold butter (margarine) or chop finely with a knife, add sugar, grind.
  • Add egg yolks, flour, vanillin, soda, slaked with vinegar. Knead the dough. put in metal molds - baskets not too subtle! With a very thin dough layout - the baskets will break! Bake 7 pcs. on the lower grill of the heated (5 min. at 250 *) airfryer. Baking temperature 210 *, time - 9 minutes. After baking, remove the baskets from the molds by tapping the inverted mold with a teaspoon. Fill with jam, berries, pieces of fruit. Decorate with any cream.
