Cooking method

  • Large loaf
  • Load everything in the order specified by the manufacturer of your HP personally. (You yourself understand that we are talking about the first thing: yeast or water!)
  • It may seem at first that the Kolobok is not kneading properly. Wait for the vegetables to knead properly. If the dough is still dry, you can add 1 to 3 tbsp. spoons of water. (Depends on vegetables, nothing can help here except careful observation.)
  • In short, the mode is Basic.

Now about the main thing: I myself did not bake this bread. All hands do not reach. But the "pollen" was overwhelmed word for word.
I'm going to bake it myself as soon as I get the zucchini.

Although honestly, when I read the title, I thought of a different bread .. As "amerikos", I know that we bake biscuits - confetti. This is when such small colored dragees are bought - sprinkling for muffins for Easter. And these they cram into the biscuit dough. During the baking process, they dissolve and only small colored spots remain in the dough. It does not affect the taste, it looks fun ..

But the roof fell through. I was ashamed to add more flour, and maybe I put too much vegetables.
Next time I will weigh vegetables, since it is inconvenient to measure with glasses - you can ram, but you can not.
I used not only white flour, but also added a glass of wheat whole grain and rye whole grain.

and from what color like rye custard? did you add malt?

No, I didn't add malt. But my paprika is very, very red. Plus whole wheat flour, that's the color.
