Zebra cupcake in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Wheat flour (premium grade) 2.5-3 multi glasses
Sugar 2 multi glasses
Chicken egg 4 things.
Sour cream 20-25% 200gr.
Butter (margarine) 200gr.
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Baking powder for dough (slaked soda) 10g, and soda - 0.5 hours. l.)
Cocoa powder 2 sec. l.

Cooking method

  • The recipe is simple and quick.
  • Beat the sugar with the eggs with a mixer until a stable foam is obtained - this is important.
  • We heat the butter (I took margarine for baking) to a liquid state.
  • I did it in the microwave in 1 minute (on the stove).
  • Add ghee (important (!) - not hot), along with vanilla sugar to the beaten eggs - beat thoroughly.
  • Add sour cream, beat well.
  • Then add flour (preferably sifted) and slaked soda with vinegar, I added a bag of -10 grams of baking powder for the dough.
  • In order for the mass to be homogeneous and without lumps, mix thoroughly or beat with a mixer,
  • Then we divide our batter into 2, preferably equal parts.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to one and mix thoroughly.
  • The dough is ready.
  • Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
  • Then, in the center of the bowl, first put 2 tablespoons of light dough, then dark and repeat so until the dough ends.
  • As a result, you will see a picture - the dough spread from the center to the edges of the bowl in light and dark waves.
  • To make our zebra cupcake look even more attractive, let's add some decor)
  • We take a toothpick and draw the rays from the center to the edges (not only along the surface, but throughout the entire thickness of the dough)
  • I got it like this:

  • Then we turn on the "Baking" mode for 65 minutes, but this is not enough, so we add another 20 minutes in the same mode, 85 in total.
  • Depending on the power of the network, the time may differ slightly, so I advise you to check after the first 65 minutes and the added time, our cupcake with a toothpick, if nothing sticks to it, then it is DONE)
  • What I ended up with is in the photo below.
  • The taste is magical) Juicy, soft, melts in your mouth. A day later, it retained its freshness and taste - they did not change at all)
  • Bon Appetit everyone)

Masha, thank you very much for such deliciousness and beauty! I've been making a zebra for 20 years, but honestly, yours is better! Yesterday I did it, and this morning there was nothing left, I didn't even have time to take a photo. A very successful combination of all products. I carry a huge plus sign.

Thanks for the recipe!
We liked it. True, at first I set the baking time not 65 minutes, as in the recipe, but 45 minutes (I was afraid that it would burn).
But the very middle was not baked.I decided to bake it for 10 minutes, but the bottom was already drying up.
I came to the conclusion that it is better to immediately set the minutes to 55-60. It seems to me that this should be enough for our Moulinex CE 501132 multicooker just right.

By the way, it became interesting how much weight this cake comes out. So, I didn't have time to weigh the whole. A couple of pieces have already been reduced. But the part shown in the photo came out at more than 930 grams. That is, the whole comes out over a kilogram.
