Lamb stewed in Madeira (Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker)

Ingredients

lamb 2 Kg
onion (large) 1 PC
garlic 2-3 cloves
mixture of four peppers, salt taste
cubeb pepper 3-4 pcs
coriander 0.5 h l
cardamom 3-4 pcs
marjoram 0.5 h l
ground paprika 0.5 box l
nigella 0.5 h l
water 100 ml
Madeira 70 ml
soy sauce 1 tbsp
flour for breading
olive oil for frying

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the meat into portions, rinse, dry, breaded in flour. Turn on the "Fry" mode for 20 minutes and fry the prepared pieces of meat in a small amount of oil until golden brown. Five minutes before the end of the mode, add the onion cut into thin half rings and fry the rest of the time all together.
  • 2. Add garlic, all spices, salt to the fried meat and add water and Madeira and soy sauce. Switch on the "Manual" mode, temperature 100 degrees, time 30 minutes. Serve the cooked meat with potatoes or rice.

Note

The lamb cooks quickly and in this case half an hour was more than enough. The meat turned out to be very soft, juicy and tender.
