Bread with milk from Borisych
What kind of bread maker is it baked on?
Rick
But I'm thinking, are the modes very different in different HP? The same "French", for example? Until now, the bread that I baked according to recipes from the forum, I always got it, regardless of what the author bakes in one HP, and I in another. I tried different breads. And I want to try this one. I like that everything is simple.

Somehow I tried bread from a bread machine from a person - I liked it, I decided to take and try to bake bread on my own, since I had no experience or knowledge in this topic, I bought the cheapest Saturn Leda on sale (there is also its exact copy of Delfa). I make all the bread on it, my father has some kind of fancy moulinex - I don't feel the difference in bread.

Rick, I think that the basic programs on all stoves are the same, so I think that wonderful bread will come out on any stove. Here you need to pay more attention to the yeast, I am from Ukraine, we sell excellent Lvovskie yeast, although I did it in French and did not notice much difference, and a friend bought from me once the yeast that was either stored incorrectly, then- whether there was such a party - the bread did not work and that's it.

Is it possible with other milk - cow milk, for example? Or just "... with milk from Borisych"?

Thanks for the recipe !!!!! I also bought a Saturn bread maker, and besides your recipe for Saturn's HP, I did not find anything on the site, the bread turned out wonderful !!!! They knew it in one sitting !!!! children only ate it at dinner !!!!

baked in French in HP LG, delicious tender crumb, crispy crust, but the roof is cracked.
Next time I'll put less yeast, probably 1.5 spoons.

Without a photo of the crumb, it is difficult to judge what it is about. But, for 500 grams of flour, 1.7 tsp is required. dry yeast. The author takes 2 tsp, possibly due to the presence of eggs and sugar in the dough in a larger amount than is needed for the dough.

Try paying attention to the flour-liquid balance. You may not have had enough liquid if the crust is cracked.
