Ingredients

lemon juice 2 tbsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Peel the fish, fillet, cut into portions, sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside for a while.
  • 2. Grate carrots, cut onion and chili into half rings, sweet peppers - into strips. Turn on the "Frying" mode, time 10 minutes. Pour a small amount of olive oil into the bottom of the bowl and fry the prepared vegetables. Five minutes before the end of the mode, pour in the wine and let it evaporate completely.
  • 3. While the vegetables are fried prepare the sauce - mix the cream with tomato paste, salt, herbs and pepper. Place the fish fillet on a vegetable pillow, pour over the sauce. Switch on the "Manual" mode, temperature 100C, time 15 minutes. Sprinkle the cooked fish with fresh herbs and serve.
