Martha Stewart Chocolate Zucchini Cupcakes

Ingredients

flour 1 cup *
zucchini (grate, no skin) 1 cup
cocoa (good, dark) 1/3 cup
chocolate chips 1/2 cup
egg 1 PC
sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 3/4 cup
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
butter (melt, cool) 110 g
* cup = 250 ml

Cooking method

  • Not knowing that in the composition of the zucchini you will never guess about it! The taste of zucchini is not felt at all, but they give a moist and delicate structure.   • Place in 2 tbsp tins. l. dough and bake until dry (it took me about 20 minutes).
