Cauliflower and spinach casserole in a Redmond multicooker

Ingredients

fresh cauliflower 500gr.
frozen spinach 5 cylinders
cream 35% 175ml
chicken eggs 3 pcs.
Emmentaler cheese 100gr.
butter 1 tbsp. l.
salt taste

Cooking method

  • In the Baking mode for 1 tbsp. l. butter fried cauliflower. While the cabbage was fried in a food processor, whipped cream, eggs and salt I added coarsely grated cheese and frozen spinach chopped with a knife. I had 4 seasons spinach. Poured cauliflower with this mixture and left on the Baking for 30 minutes. The casserole was then left on the heating for 1 hour.

The time may be too much, but I was in no hurry and the products were used raw and frozen. Recipe for Redmont RMC-02
