Malt (rye) 1.5 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast) 1 tsp

Juniper (berries) 8-10 pcs.

Cooking method

  • We load all the ingredients into the HP according to the instructions. In my Panasonic, first flour, then water, yeast - a dispenser. Mash juniper berries in a mortar and add immediately with all the ingredients. Baked on the "French" mode.
