Ingredients

Dough:
Semi-sweet chocolate 125 g
Butter 80 g
Granulated sugar 100 g
Eggs 5 pieces. (large)
Millet flour. 100 g
Apricot jam 110 g
Glaze:
Butter 15 g
Semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped 100 g
Strong cold coffee 80 ml
Powdered sugar 240 g
Vanillin 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Dough:
  • Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Prepare a springform dish 26 cm in diameter. Melt the coarsely chopped chocolate in the steam bath; the water should barely boil. Leave to cool. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar into the cream. Separate the yolks and whites from the eggs. Add the yolks one at a time, continuing to beat until the yolk is parted, only then add the next. Stir with a large silicone spatula with chocolate and flour. Beat the whites with a mixer at high speed. Mix them with the dough. Put the dough into the prepared mold. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a wooden stick. Leave in the form for 20 minutes. Remove the split form to allow the cake to cool completely.
  • Cut the cake lengthwise. Place one half on a serving platter. Spread with jam. Lay the other half of the cake on top.
  • Glaze:
  • Melt coarsely chopped chocolate in a steam bath; the water should barely boil. Leave to cool. Add coffee, butter, icing sugar and vanillin. Whisk and decorate the cake with icing:

Of course, this is not "Sacher" !!! But the taste is close. And also tasty and, which is important, fast and not intricate!

As for cooking ... I just want to warn you - my glaze turned out to be watery. But this did not affect the taste. She will not be able to write the legal name of the cake, and it is eaten surprisingly quickly and without an inscription! The children were happy, I hope whoever tries it will not be disappointed either.
