Mexican omelette (grill gas, portioned dish)

Ingredients

Eggs 4-5 pcs
Milk 1/2 st
Sausage or bacon 50 g
Cheese 50 g
Salt, pepper, adjika taste

Cooking method

  • For 5 servings of 150 gr.
  • Products: 5 eggs, 1/2 tbsp. milk, salt, pepper, 1 table. a spoonful of adjika, sausage, cheese.
  • Preparation: cut sausage into strips, grate cheese on a coarse grater. Mix eggs with milk, add sausage, cheese, salt + pepper, adjika. Mix well.
  • Mexican omelette (grill gas, portioned dish)
  • Divide the mixture over the cocotte makers, filling them 3/4 full, put on the grill. Bake covered over low heat for 15 minutes.
  • You can check the readiness with a wooden toothpick or skewer. When ready, decorate with herbs.
  • PLEASANT !!!

Note

If you leave ready-made omelets under the grill lid for 5 minutes after turning off the gas and let them "rest" ........ you can gently shake them out of the cocotte makers. The cocottes will remain clean.
The same omelet can be grilled in silicone molds.

Thanks for the recipe! I got cocotte makers, made an omelet, and it turned out very tasty. I have 250 ml of cocotte makers, so I cooked for 25 minutes. Good luck!
