Rye bread with seeds and flax seeds

Ingredients

Rye flour 200 gr.
Wheat flour 75 gr.
ground flakes (rye, oat, barley) 15 gr.
semolina 35 gr.
whole grain wheat flour 45 gr.
sunflower seeds 15 gr.
flax seeds 15 gr.
Brown sugar 1 tsp
salt 1.5 tsp
vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Apple vinegar 1 tsp
kefir + whey 270 ml.
saf-moment yeast 1.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • All ingredients are put in a bowl, in a dispenser - yeast (I have HP Panasonic 2502). I turn on the Pizza mode, one batch is enough before the start of the rise. Turn off the oven and leave the bread to rise. After about 1.5 hours, but as everyone knows, various factors influence the lifting speed, I turn on the Baking mode for 1.15 minutes. At the signal, turn off and take out the bread on the wire rack.

The dish is designed for

weight 660 gr.

Time for preparing:

15-20 minutes kneading, 1.5 proofing and 1.15 baking
