Lentil soup (multicooker-pressure cooker Brand 6051)

Ingredients

Chicken wings broth 1.4 liters
Lentils red and yellow 0.5 multi-cups
Potatoes 4 things.
Carrot 0.5 pcs.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Salt, bay leaves, fresh herbs taste
Vegetable oil (for frying) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • From 300 gr. chicken wings (I have forearms) and 1.4 liters of water (I have boiling water) cook the broth on the mode SUP pressure 40 kPa 15 minutes.
  • Strain the finished broth.
  • Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater (I do this on a Berner grater - ROKO).
  • Fry the onions and carrots in vegetable oil until the onions are transparent and the carrots are soft - mode FRYING 10-12 minutes.
  • Add potatoes and lentils cut into cubes to the vegetables. Add the "meat" from the broth. Pour everything with broth. Salt to taste. Add bay leaves. Cook on mode SUP pressure 40 kPa 15 minutes.
  • Add finely chopped fresh herbs (dill, parsley, green onions) and garlic to the prepared soup. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes with the lid closed. Pour into warm plates or portion pots (ceramic tureens).
  • Lentil soup (multicooker-pressure cooker Brand 6051)
  • Bon Appetit!

Tanyush, Thank you!

Tan, what can there be from chicken bones with meat "with a bouncy nose"? Fat, surprisingly. Transparent. It tastes like broth. I didn't add any roots today and all one is delicious.

My girlfriend somehow cooked broth from chicken necks, I did not believe that it could be so rich

From the necks and backs (ridges) - yes, even like a jellied meat. And from the wing it is of medium saturation, that is, not quite empty water.
