Well, in general I made it - it turned out drunk apples in chocolate. At first I tried to grate the apples on a coarse grater - but still some kind of mashed potatoes turned out, as a result, three apples were shredded in a blender bowl at low speed - pieces of 2-3 mm + cognac turned out, when the hand was poured, it was not only the smell that was felt in the cake but also taste. The recipe was without oil, but due to the apples, the consistency was dense - it tasted like milk chocolate with apples and cognac, baked for 1 hour 20 minutes, but it could have been for another 10 minutes.
