Ingredients

wheat flour 350gr
sugar 55gr
softened butter 35gr
yolk 1 PC
vanilla sugar 5gr
salt 5gr
dry yeast 1.5 tsp
water 150gr
sl. bowl oil 3-5gr

Cooking method

  • I kneaded the dough in HP, laid the indigrients according to the instructions for HP, Dough mode.
  • After the end of the regime, I left the HP in the bowl for 40 minutes, until the volume increased.
  • The dough that came up was divided into 8 parts. It is better to divide the dough on a scale.
  • I rolled out each part of the dough lightly, sprinkled a little cinnamon in the middle. Wrapped the edges to the center, pinched the seam.
  • Lubricated the MV bowl with oil, put the buns with the smooth side up. She closed the lid.
  • Turned on the Baking mode for 4 minutes to warm up the bowl. Turn off the program without opening the MB lid. Leave the buns to stand for 20 minutes.
  • When the buns are good, turn on the Baking program for 30 minutes.
  • Turned the buns over with the steamer and turned on the Baking for 15 minutes.
  • At the end of the program, Baking disconnected the MV from the mains, took out the bowl, and after 5 minutes removed them using a double boiler.
