Ingredients

White beans 450 g
Large red bell pepper 1 PC
Bacon 150 g
Large tomato 1 PC
Carrot 1 PC
Bulb 1 PC
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Paprika 2 h l
Salt 2 h l
Vegetable oil for frying
Hot water 600 ml
Basil, cilantro, parsley, dill 1 bundle all together
Thyme (Chubritsa) 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Chop onions, bell peppers, carrots into strips. I used a Philips HR 1388 electric shredder. Cut a bag of sliced ​​bacon into 3 pieces, widthwise. Install an additional bowl and select the "frying" program, time 15 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the bowl. When the bowl is hot, add the vegetables and bacon. Fry for 10 minutes, then add chopped tomato, thyme and paprika. Continue frying until the end of the program, stirring occasionally. Add hot water and salt. Pour out the washed beans. I did not soak the beans. Install the valve, close the cover. Select the program \ "extinguishing \" and the time is 60 minutes. Enable \ "start \". All!
  • After the end of the program and the automatic release of the pressure, open the lid, add the chopped herbs and garlic. Bon Appetit!

Cooking program:

Fry 15 min, simmer 60 min

Note

This is a very popular dish in Bulgaria. There, many families cook it in ordinary pressure cookers.

And Savory and Thyme are the same ?? I added Savory - everything turned out very tasty
